BeBeat. – Rhythm for Practice（以下「本アプリ」）は、Last8（開発者：Kentaro Yamamoto、所在地：日本）が提供するリズム練習アプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 概要
- アカウント登録は不要です。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などをお尋ねすることはありません。
- 練習履歴は端末内にのみ保存します。
- 製品改善のため、利用統計を既定で Firebase Analytics（Google LLC 提供）へ送信します。 送信内容は「4. 利用統計の送信」のとおりで、設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。
- 広告は表示しません。広告 SDK は組み込んでおらず、広告識別子（IDFA）も使いません。
2. 端末内に保存されるデータ
次のデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。

アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのデータは削除されます。
3. データの第三者との共有
利用統計の送信先は Firebase Analytics（Google LLC）のみです。それ以外の第三者へデータを共有・販売することはありません。データブローカーへの提供や、他社のデータとの組み合わせも行いません。
4. 利用統計の送信
送信するデータ
本アプリが送信するイベントは次のとおりです。
- アプリの起動
- 練習の開始（BPM、拍子）
- 練習の終了（練習時間、BPM）。30秒未満の練習は送信しません。
これに加えて、Firebase Analytics が自動で次の情報を収集します。
- アプリインスタンス ID（アプリのインストールごとに Firebase が生成する識別子）
- 初回起動・セッション開始・利用時間などの自動収集イベント
- 機種、OS バージョン、アプリのバージョン、言語、国・地域などの情報
自動で収集される項目の詳細は Google のヘルプ をご覧ください。
これらのデータを、お客様の氏名や連絡先などと結び付けることはありません。データは Google のサーバー（日本国外を含む場合があります）で処理されます。
送信しないデータ
端末内の練習履歴そのもの、保存したパターン、Bluetooth 機器名、音声は送信しません。本アプリはマイクを使用しません。
オフにする方法
メイン画面右上の歯車アイコンから設定画面を開き、「Share anonymous usage data」のスイッチをオフにしてください。オフの間、上記のデータは送信されません。オフにしても、すでに送信されたデータは削除されません。
以前の同意画面で選択された方
- v0.3.6 以前の同意画面で許可しなかった方は、アップデート後もオフのままです。
- 許可した方、および同意画面で選択しなかった方はオンです。
- アプリを再インストールすると設定は初期状態（オン）に戻ります。
データの取り扱い
Firebase Analytics（Google）のデータの取り扱いについては、Firebase のプライバシー情報 および Google プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としていません。氏名や連絡先などをお尋ねすることはありません。利用統計の送信は年齢にかかわらず同じ扱いで、設定画面からオフにできます。
6. セキュリティ
練習履歴は端末内にのみ保存します。端末自体のセキュリティ（パスコード、生体認証等）がデータ保護の手段となります。利用統計は Firebase Analytics の仕組みにより送信されます。

BeBeat. – Rhythm for Practice (the "App") is a rhythm practice application provided by Last8 (developer: Kentaro Yamamoto, based in Japan). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data.
1. Summary
- No account is needed. The App never asks for your name, email address, or phone number.
- Your practice history is stored only on your device.
- To improve the product, the App sends usage statistics to Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) by default. Section 4 lists what is sent. You can turn this off in Settings at any time.
- The App shows no ads, contains no advertising SDK, and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device.

Uninstalling the App deletes this data.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
Usage statistics are sent only to Firebase Analytics (Google LLC). No data is shared with or sold to any other third party. No data is provided to data brokers or combined with data from other companies.
4. Usage Statistics
What is sent
The App sends these events:
- App launch
- Practice start (BPM, time signature)
- Practice end (duration, BPM). Practice shorter than 30 seconds is not sent.
In addition, Firebase Analytics automatically collects:
- An app instance ID (an identifier Firebase generates for each installation of the App)
- Automatically collected events such as first open, session start, and engagement time
- Information such as device model, OS version, app version, language, and country or region

This data is not connected to your name, contact details, or similar information. It is processed on Google's servers, which may be outside Japan.
What is not sent
The practice history stored on your device, your saved patterns, Bluetooth device names, and audio are not sent. The App does not use the microphone.
How to turn it off
Tap the gear icon at the top right of the main screen to open Settings, then turn off "Share anonymous usage data". While it is off, the data above is not sent. Turning it off does not delete data that has already been sent.
If you answered the earlier consent screen
- If you declined on the consent screen in v0.3.6 or earlier, the setting stays off after updating.
- If you allowed it, or did not answer, the setting is on.
- Reinstalling the App returns the setting to its default (on).

5. Children's Privacy
The App is not aimed at any particular age group and never asks for names or contact details. Usage statistics work the same way regardless of age and can be turned off in Settings.
6. Security
Practice history is stored only on your device, so your device's own security (passcode, biometrics, etc.) protects it. Usage statistics are sent through Firebase Analytics.
